I'm currently completing an MSc at ETH Zürich after studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley, where I also minored in mathematics. My work has moved through deterministic cyber-physical systems, machine learning for scientific imaging, optimization, cryptography, and quantum information, in both research and software engineering. These projects have taken place in university groups, at a national laboratory, and in industry.
Quantum Publications Analytics
While comparing graduate programmes, I found it difficult to see where different areas of quantum research were concentrated. I built this experimental explorer from OpenAlex and DBLP data so that publication activity can be examined by institution, venue, year, and subfield. I do not treat the output as a ranking: coverage, affiliations, and author disambiguation all remain imperfect.
Personal
Away from research, I spend a fair amount of time outdoors. I have started collecting a few longer accounts here.
